Playing Live Casino Hold'em Online
Casino Hold'em is a variation of Texas Hold'em where you are playing against the house rather than other players. This is a "Poker" game and the Player (you) wins by beating the Dealer with a better poker hand. At the end of the hand the Player and Dealer cards are shown and the one with the better poker hand wins. For the Player to win all his bets the dealer must "Qualify" with a pair of 4's or better. To start the game the player must make an "Ante" bet and is then dealt two hole cards and three community cards (the Flop). The Dealer also receives two hole cards and the Player must then decide to Play or Fold. As the Player, if you want to play you must make a bet twice that of your Ante bet which is called the "Play" bet. If the Player folds he losses the Ante bet.
If the Player decides to play, the final two cards are dealt and then the Player and Dealer show their hands. The one with the highest poker hand wins. If the Player wins the Dealer must "Qualify" (have a pair of 4's or better) in order to be paid both the "Ante" and "Play" bets. If the Dealer does not qualify the "Play" bet is returned to the Player and only the Ante Bet is paid.
With the Ante bet there is also the opportunity to receive odd's on your bet. If the Player wins the hand with at least a flush the Ante bet then receives odds. A Flush pays 2-1, Full House 3-1, 4 of a Kind 10-1, Straight Flush 20-1 and a Royal Flush pays 100-1.
The Player MUST win the hand in order to receive odds on their Ante bet. For example if the Player has a Full House and the Dealer has 4 of a Kind the Player does NOT receive the odds on the Ante bet. The Player must win the hand to qualify for the Ante bet bonuses.
